VMAF Benchmark: How to Calculate a 95% VMAF Score and the Possibility of Measuring Score Changes Over Time

For dynamic videos, the VMAF score varies from scene to scene, so I'm curious about the specific criteria used to calculate this 95% score.

I'd like to know if it's possible to measure and analyze the change in VMAF scores for dynamic screens in this way.

I believe the score that ffmpeg produces is an average of all the vmaf scores.

But you were wondering if you could get more scene by scene data? What would a scene be here, a frame? Or more a part of the video that is similar?

Interesting thought though. Something like this woudl highlight which parts of a given video ended up loosing the most quality.
