Error message in the standard error

I have run the openrdp and got the following error message for many fasta files in the standard error:

What does it mean, please? I do not know what happened.

Hi @PaulaPrietoOliveira, I’m not able to reproduce the issue. Ca you please provide the fasta file you’re using when running the openrdp docker container. If you’ve modified the Dockerfile, can you please specify the change you made?

I did not change the dockerfile. I used many fasta files, but I can not add them here because the file type is not supported.

@PaulaPrietoOliveira - please note that OpenRDP is still under development and we are fixing a number of significant issues. We have not issued a full "production" release and it has not yet been submitted for peer review. Sorry for any inconvenience but this is a long term, unfunded project that was intended to be a starting point for the open source community.
