[BUG] Top row of New Entry icons inaccessible

• I have read the FAQ section, searched the open issues, and still think this is a new bug.

Describe the bug you encountered:

Whenever I add a new entry on my phone (Samsung S24), the top row of icons are obscured with a banner so cannot be used and typically, one of them is my most used icon of all.

Describe what you expected to happen:

Have no banner obscuring the icons.

Hello,
I can confirm the same behavior in Keepass2Android version 1.14-r4 on my Xiaomi 15 running Hyper OS 3.0.301.0 (Android 16).

When attempting to change an entry's icon, the header - featuring "Keepass2Android" on the left and the three-dot button (Add icon from file...) on the right - overlaps the first row of icons and partially overlaps the second row as well.

Additionally, it would be fantastic if You could load icons (referred to as "favicons" in that application) directly from the entry's URL, similar to how it works in KeePassXC.
