W3wp thread dumps not being collected with Maximum Worker Processes > 1

According to Ricardo Cristino in the osdiagtool-feedback channel, the Tool does not collect w3wp thread dumps when they have Maximum Worker Processes > 1.

Although this is not mentioned in the checklist, some customers have this configuration.
