Results for a zero frequency test stored on board SBS CTD sensors in the same way as calibration coefficients #14

Additionally, Argo Tech requests the 0 frequency test data be stored in SeaBird onboard float information, and that the 0 frequency test can be easily re-run through connection to the float, perhaps as part of the default self test. It should be noted however that this test would fail if the CTD is wet.
