Scope

Map UI improvements and per-network GeoJSON export refresh (SQL + scripts) for the 2026 edition.

Checklist

• Push the globe to the right when the menu is open
• Recreate per-network GeoJSON export data via SQL + scripts
• Validate exports against previous edition / known criteria
• Country section filter (G7 / EU / Other) — polish & verify
