build IFEM on windows with MSVC and Intel Fortran

Hello
Is there a way to build IFEM on a windows environment with MSVC and Intel FORtran ?
I am trying but CMAKE bounces on the trying to find a suitable LAPACK lib while I can provide LAPACK and OPENBLAS
