Some open PRs not showing in PR list

Hello Team @OCA/brand-maintainers and @OCA/brand-maintainers-psc-representative ,

I noticed something strange today while checking PRs in the brand repo:

https://github.com/OCA/brand/pulls

It shows only 14 open PRs, but actually, there are around 24 open PRs.

Some PRs are not visible in the list at all, even though:

• they are still open

• not draft

• and accessible via a direct link

Missing PRs (not visible in list)

Also, PR #229 was not showing earlier.
After I pushed an update to it, it started appearing in the list.

What I observed

• PRs with recent activity are visible

• Older/inactive PRs are not showing

• This is not only in this repo, but I also noticed similar behavior in other repos, too

Even with no filters applied (is: open is:pr), the list doesn’t seem complete.

Question

Is this something known (on the GitHub side, maybe?), or am I missing something here?

Yes, it looks like a GitHub issue. They have already acknowledged it on their status page:

“Mitigation is in progress, with full recovery of impacted pull request listings expected within approximately 24 hours.”
