ltfs_ordered_copy gives "object of type 'NoneType' has no len()" when copying single file

Single file copy currently fails on main with error "object of type 'NoneType' has no len()"

To Reproduce
ltfs_ordered_copy src.txt /tmp/ltfsmnt/dst.txt

Expected behavior
Copies single file

This is just a funny corner case though as usually this tool is used to copy several files or directories at the same time...
