Publish offlinelite flavor to izzyondroid

Describe the solution you'd like
Since at the moment regular fdroid only offer the standard flavor i think it's a good idea to put the offline version to izzyondroid. Breezy Weather is doing similar things (https://github.com/breezy-weather/breezy-weather/blob/main/INSTALL.md#flavors) where each different fdroid repo offer different flavor

Use case
Users who prefer to install offline version from fdroid can get it from izzyondroid
