[Bug]: 使用 Host 地址进行过滤测速的疑问

Bug description | 具体描述

按照配置参数说明，我使用的移动本地内网源，调整相同 Host 地址的频道共用测速数据，
speed_test_filter_host = 打开true后，需要测速接口数量1，但是测试的速度为0，分辨率帧率都未知；
改回false后，就可以看到是正常的，不知道是啥问题
