TCP/IP doesn't seem to be working on the Dos-6-22-tcpip image.

This is also true outside of docker, so it appears to be a problem with the img, not the VDE networking

So, this is because it's configured to get an IP via DHCP (and this would always be the preferred way, to save us maintaining lists of hard-coded reserved IPs), however MS-DOS Client 3.0 was really fussy about the DHCP responses it accepting (because who would dream of using non-MS DHCP servers to talk to MS clients).

Currently slipvde is dishing out DHCP, but it seems to have no real control over the data it sends (beyond the pool range), so we'll probably have to introduce a real modern DHCP server (one capable of setting RENEWAL TIME and REBIND TIME)

Despite swithing to dnsmasq for DHCP (which gives much more control) the image still doesn't work.

It's now suspected this is a problem with the base image (problems can be replicated outside of docker/VDE too).
