There are very few commits, apparently one per release. The code I checked was https://github.com/GPUOpen-LibrariesAndSDKs/MxGPU-Virtualization/blob/master/drv/gim_drv.c where I can find things such as #if LINUX_VERSION_CODE < KERNEL_VERSION(4, 14, 0)
