age-inspect does not report scrypt factor for passphrase encrypted files

It's not clear what the scrypt factor is.

I'm confident the non-default one aesop.age factor is 20, based on norsehorse-dev/AgePonyAndroid#12

I'm guessing the default one, created with https://github.com/FiloSottile/age/releases/tag/v1.3.2 is 18 (confirmed in AgePony for Android) - how do I confirm/deny this? I will check this using an Android app, but be nice if the reference age tools could do this.

Confirmed, age 1.3.2 will use 18 by default.
