Feature Request: Add an option to unmute autoplay videos #2487

Description

@shenlazycat

Currently, when video autoplay is enabled, videos in the timeline start muted by default.

It would be great to have an option under Settings → Media to control whether autoplay videos are muted by default.

For example:

Mute autoplay videos

ON — autoplay videos start muted
OFF — autoplay videos start with sound

Ideally, this should be a global preference that is also remembered for subsequent videos in the timeline.

At the moment, even when I want to hear the audio, autoplay videos in the timeline are muted, and I have to open the video in the detail view before I can hear the sound.

I understand that X's official web client also doesn't provide an option to enable sound by default. However, since Flare uses its own native video player, it would be great if Flare could provide this as an additional feature.

QuaX already provides a similar global mute/unmute option for videos, and I find it very useful. It would be great to have a similar option in Flare.

Expected behavior

When Mute autoplay videos is disabled:

Videos in the timeline can autoplay normally.
Autoplay videos start with audio enabled.
The user's mute/unmute preference is retained for subsequent videos.
