Setting diagnosticsettings values on resources like NSGs and Virtual Networks

I am looking for a way to set the Diagnostics settings for my resources. I can do it via an ARM template as described in this link: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-monitor/platform/diagnostic-settings-template

Is there any way to accomplish the same thing using ansible?
