Support for Docker

We can add public Docker images for the agent and server. Also, give guidelines how people to use them.

I've started a basic implementation of this, although am running into a couple of issues. I'll see if I can resolve them and come back with some ideas.

It is definitely doable, last year a guy from Russia did it. We communicated over GITTER, he was going to share his images, but he never did. The latest MEISSA release brought a new NuGet installation which I guess it will make the usage in Docker much easier.
