It still is possible to get accent colors on Fx 133+:

I actually had a slightly different version in my_userChrome.css. I have to admit that it's been a very long time since I looked at that file. The fix this time was browser.theme.windows.accent-color-in-tabs.enabled > true. I wonder if it used to be true. I did keep the version I had been using. Thank you very much for your response.
