Extensions manager error

Brief summary

The Extensions Manager section does not display the extension repository content properly. Instead, it shows "Outdated App" and "Update to Mihon 0.20.1+" entries, preventing new extensions from being installed or updated.
Additionally, some of the currently installed Mihon extensions have stopped working completely (failing to load content or fetch updates).

Steps to reproduce

• Open the application.
• Navigate to Browse > Extensions (or Extensions Manager).
• Observe "Outdated App" / "Update to Mihon 0.20.1+" instead of the extension list.
• Try reading/browsing content from previously installed Mihon extensions (some fail to load).
  Expected behavior
• The Extensions Manager should list available extension repositories correctly.
• Installed Mihon extensions should work without errors.
