Fix Doujindesu sites

The doujindesu site is not (doujindesu.tv) anymore, but has become (doujin.desu.xxx)

Please fix it, I have difficulty gooning because of this 😭

u can change the url urself in the source settings ._.

This is a parsers issue, which has been fixed possibly and will be out in the next update
