chore: Remove internal documentation and plans from public repository

- Removed CLAUDE.md (AI instructions)
- Removed DEPLOYMENT_PLAN, RELEASE_SUMMARY, code reviews
- Removed Storage/ directory with all internal plans and test scripts
- Updated .gitignore to prevent future commits of internal docs
