Create new how-it-works page

We need a version of Contributing.md on the website. Let's build a preliminary version of it that's 100% static.

Please reference ./.github/CONTRIBUTING.MD for all content on the page.

Please accomplish the following:

• Create a new directory: /src/app/(main)/(routes)/projects/how-it-works
• Create a new page.tsx.
• Style the page similarly to the motifs found in project pages, and use similar markdown elements to CONTRIBUTING.md
• Images and design elements are optional, but please run any images you plan on using by Pita on discord.

• Do not create links to this page anywhere else in the website directory. This will be handled in separate issues.
