What compiler/build environment is used for the Linux foxbot.so v0.911?

When I compile the plugin from the source using the provided makefile, the resulting foxbot.so fails to load.

Can anyone confirm:
What compiler / build environment is used to produce the linux release binary?
Is the provided makefile still the correct way to build v0.911?

Ubuntu-22.04 and Clang 14. And no we don't use Linux Makefiles except AMBuild.
