Caching does not seem to work properly. (ros: latest, qlot: latest)

The solution that we have is local vendoring in /third_party subdirectory.

This requires the (ros: latest, qlot: latest) versions in order to process the local source.

Please, let me know what other information you would need?

What are you vendoring and what does it mean "caching does not work properly"?

It will help if you'll make a minimal repository reproducing the problem.
