Describe the bug *

Projects created in the Edge/browser version at http://127.0.0.1:5199/
are not synchronized with projects created in the Electron desktop app.

The desktop app contains project 验证-Skill-01, but the browser shows a
different project list. Creating a project in Edge also does not make it
available in the desktop app.

Steps to reproduce *

1. Open the OpenChatCut desktop app.
2. Create or open a project, for example 验证-Skill-01.
3. Open http://127.0.0.1:5199/ in Edge.
4. Observe that the project list is different.
5. Create a project in Edge.
6. Return to the desktop app and observe that the new project is missing.

Expected behavior *

The browser UI and desktop UI connected to the same local OpenChatCut instance
should use the same project store, or the browser UI should clearly indicate
that it is using a separate local store.

Actual behavior *

The browser reports:

共享工程数据库暂时不可用，工程未删除

and displays a different project list.

这个现象已定位：v0.2.9 的 Electron 内嵌服务器没有挂载 Project Store HTTP 路由，浏览器打开同一 127.0.0.1 origin 后会退回本地缓存，因此出现两套工程列表，并伴随“共享工程数据库暂时不可用”的提示。

修复已进入 v0.2.10：

• 5954734 在 Electron 内嵌服务器启用 Project Store HTTP。
• 2167ee6 补充存储迁移 POST 路由回归。
• desktop/embedded-project-store-http.verify.ts 会真实启动内嵌服务器，检查迁移 GET/POST 均返回 Project Store JSON，而不是页面 fallback。

v0.2.10 的 Windows 安装、启动、工程库和桌面 smoke 已在发布 CI 通过：Release。请升级后保持桌面端运行，再打开它实际绑定的地址复测；首选 http://127.0.0.1:5199/，若该端口已被占用，桌面日志会显示本次稳定回退端口。
